Ricardo Prieto Palacio
Mr. Prieto Palacio founded Atlantic Capital Group in 1987 after two decades in maritime merchant banking between New York and Buenos Aires. He has led every major acquisition in the Group's history and serves on the boards of several international maritime associations.
Natalia Santamaria Salazar
Ms. Santamaria Salazar oversees all investment activity across the Group's funds. Prior to joining in 1998, she led shipping finance at a leading Bogotá-based investment bank.
Jorge Alberto Fernández Rueda
Mr. Fernández Rueda is responsible for finance, treasury and investor reporting. He previously served as CFO of a Mexico City–listed transportation holding company.
Charlotte Bauer
Ms. Bauer joined the Group in 2006 with the acquisition of Compañía Ibérica de Navegación and now leads its European operations from Madrid, spanning Spain, Morocco and the wider Mediterranean. Before that she spent twelve years in shipping and port finance in Hamburg and Rotterdam.
Andrés Felipe Cárdenas
Mr. Cárdenas leads the Group's Dubai office and Gulf portfolio, including Gulf Crescent Shipping and Emirates SkyBridge Cargo.
Gabriel Castellanos
Mr. Castellanos oversees the Group's investments in Colombia, Panama and Mexico from Panama City.
Alejandra Gutiérrez Ordóñez
Ms. Gutiérrez oversees legal, regulatory and compliance matters across 14 jurisdictions.
Dr. Rodrigo Valdés Ferrer
